RN - Home Health

Schedule
- Day shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekend rotation required
- No overnight call
- Call-back may be required 2–4 times per month between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Contract Length
12 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maine
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Home Health experience
- Home Health experience within the last year
- Travel experience required
- BLS
- Experience with Epic
- Experience with OASIS
Preferred Experience
- IV therapy
- Tube feeds
- VAC dressings

Patient Population
Adult patients across med surg, oncology, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, wound care, GI, and GU needs

Additional Details
- 5 openings
- Case management load of 20–25 patients
- Expected to complete 5–6 visits per day
- Assigned laptop, iPhone, nursing supplies, and equipment are provided for use during the assignment
