Required qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
2 years of Med Surg experience
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Experience with Epic

Onboarding / compliance requirements

Annual or pre-start competency, skills, and core competency requirements
Pre-employment physical and fit test required
Drug screen required
Background check required
OIG search required
EPLS search required
Education verification required
Immunization and TB documentation required
COVID-19 vaccination may be required, with exemptions reviewed case by case
Influenza vaccination may be required during October-April, with exemptions reviewed case by case

Scheduling / attendance notes

RTO must be submitted at time of application
Maximum of 7 days of RTO allowed
No RTO during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
Block schedules are not allowed
