Job Overview

• Hours: 4x10s, 40 hours per week
• Schedule notes: No call, no holidays

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Compliance / Onboarding

• Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
• Fingerprinting required within 48 hours of signed contract
• Education verification required
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement required annually
• Core Part I, II, and III required for subcontractors
• Online training modules must be completed before start
• Badge pickup is required before start

Health Requirements

• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation or immunity evidence
• Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
• TB questionnaire required if there is a history of past positive TB testing
• Latex allergy notification is acceptable if applicable
