Job Overview

• Location: Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts
• Shift: 11:00 AM–11:30 PM
• Schedule: 36-hour evenings, with possible rotating days
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Employment type: LTA

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of MRI Technologist experience
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required for onboarding

Onboarding Requirements

• Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date, updated upon expiration
• N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually
• Respirator medical clearance attestation, if fit testing is required for the skill
• MMR documentation or proof of immunity
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
• Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA within 365 days of start date
• Criminal background check
• Massachusetts CORI check
• Education verification
• SSN trace
• National sex offender check
• Exclusion checks
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form
• Beeline attestation

Optional / Conditional

• Positive PPD documentation requires a negative chest X-ray
• Name change documentation may be needed if credential documents do not match the legal name or profile name
• TB symptom survey is required if positive PPD applies
