Required Qualifications

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in California
Nuclear Medicine Technologist (2 years of experience)
Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ARRT (N)

Government-issued photo ID
Background check
Education verification
Transcript or diploma verification
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit test within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Drug test within 1 year of start
2 professional references, both supervisory
Skills checklist
Flu vaccination or documentation for the current flu season
Attestation of prior radiation exposure

Orientation / Onboarding Notes

Pass/fail testing is required during orientation
Medication test is required during orientation
Fire card must be completed within the first 30 days after start if not completed before start
