Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 to 23:00

Work Setting

Level I trauma center
Certified stroke center
800-bed inpatient facility
100-bed emergency department

Required Qualifications

CT Technologist with 1 year of experience
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (CT)
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
National certification/verification, as applicable by profession and state
State license verification, as applicable by profession
Background check completed within 30 days of start, including required components and all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
Pennsylvania state exclusions check within 30 days of start
Pennsylvania FBI fingerprint clearance within 90 days of start
Pennsylvania child abuse search within 90 days of start
Pennsylvania PATCH search within 90 days of start
Pennsylvania Medicheck search within 30 days of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM check upon hire
HHS/OIG check upon hire
Education verification for the highest level relevant to the specialty
Minimum of 2 professional references from employment within 12 months of start
Employment application with 7 years of complete work history and explanations for gaps over 90 days
Work history verification covering the last 7 years with no gaps over 30 days
Physical exam within 2 months of start
Negative TB test or chest x-ray
Tdap within 10 years of start
Proof of immunity or vaccination for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
Negative drug screen within 60 days of start
COVID-19 vaccination or declination form
Flu vaccine or approved exemption during flu season
Fit test questionnaire and respirator clearance
Signed acknowledgment of orientation safety manual
Affidavit for provisional employment
