RN - Intensive Care Unit
Job Overview
- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
- Employment type: Travel
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- Weekly hours: 36
- Weekend commitment: Every other weekend
- Call: Not required
- Openings: 4
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
Clinical Setting
- Unit: Adult Intensive Care Unit
- Beds: 30
- Patient ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
- Patient population: Sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, psych disorders
Key Responsibilities / Experience Needed
- Comprehensive assessment skills
- Care for septic patients
- Care for mechanically ventilated patients with hemodynamic monitoring devices
- Float to other inpatient areas when the home unit is low census
Preferred
- CRRT experience

- Navy scrubs
- Hoodies and non-facility sweatshirts are not allowed
