Infusion Registered Nurse

Overview

  • Location: Lansing, Michigan
  • Employment type: Travel/Contract
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours (7:30 AM–6:00 PM)
  • Schedule notes: No nights, floating, or on-call shifts; every other weekend

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Michigan
  • Infusion experience within the last year
  • 1 year of infusion experience
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ONS/ONCC
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Beacon experience

Additional Requirements

  • Background screening
  • Education verification
  • Physical exam within 12 months of start
  • N95 fit test within 12 months of start and updated annually
  • Tdap within 10 years of start or declination
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 2 months of start
  • Immunity or documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B
  • 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
  • Flu vaccination or declination, depending on start date
  • Signed orientation and facility-specific documents before start
  • OSHA respirator form before start
  • References must be from previous employers
