Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Travel experience preferred
Clinical Setting
- Outpatient only
- Primary patient types: musculoskeletal and orthopedic
- Ages treated: 8 to 100
Schedule
- Shifts vary between 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, and 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
- 10-hour shift option: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
- No weekends
- Majority of staff work 5 days per week
Patient Volume
- 8–10 patients per PT
Additional Details
- May float within a 5-mile radius
- Business casual dress code
- Day-one HR orientation plus 2–3 days of charting blocks
- 45-minute treatments
- 60-minute evaluations, sometimes 45 minutes depending on diagnosis
