Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Overview

Location: Randallstown, Maryland

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maryland
ED - Emergency Department (3 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of Level I or Level II trauma center experience

Schedule Requirements

Every other weekend
Holiday coverage during the contract period
One pre-approved time-off request per contract

Clinical Setting

54-bed Emergency Department
Supports locked Behavioral Health units in the ED
May float to rapid evaluation units within scope
Patient mix includes neonatal through geriatric populations

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted if they meet the experience requirement
Locals are accepted
Navy blue scrubs
Cerner charting system with FirstNet and Launch
