Emergency Department RN
Job Overview
- Location: Geneva, Ohio
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 9:00 AM–9:30 PM or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; shifts are pre-planned and not flexed without notice
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Health and Immunization Requirements
- Influenza vaccine proof required October through March, or approved declination/medical exemption process
- 2-step TB test or IGRA required; annual requirement
- MMR immunity required by positive titers
- Varicella immunity required by positive titers
- Hepatitis B series, partial series, positive titer, or signed declination accepted
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- Fit test completed within 1 year of start and updated annually
- COVID-19 vaccination is preferred, not required
Additional Notes
- Day shift position
- Pre-employment requirements include a non-employee safety and compliance training module completion certificate
- Ohio residents may need a national database criminal background check for fingerprint requirements
