Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio.
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience).
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- PALS issued by American Heart Association.
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association.
- NIHSS.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Driver's License.
Onboarding / Compliance
- Background check completed within 6 months of start.
- OIG search completed within 6 months of start.
- SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening completed within 6 months of start.
- Drug screen completed within 60 days of start.
- Ohio fingerprints required.
- License/certification verification completed within 30 days of start.
- I-9 attestation required.
- Module completion certificate required before clearance.
Health Requirements
- MMR immunity documentation required.
- Hepatitis B documentation required.
- Varicella immunity documentation required.
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years.
- Fit test completed within 1 year of start.
- TB testing required.
- Influenza vaccine proof required from October through March.
- COVID-19 vaccination is preferred, not required.
Additional Notes
- If influenza vaccine is declined, masking attestation and influenza declination forms are required.
- If Ohio fingerprints are pending, attestation is allowed.
