CT Technologist
Job Overview
- Travel assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Specialty: General, Procedural, Cardiac
- Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Call required on nights and weekends, typically about 2 times per month
- Setting includes outpatient, inpatient, and ED patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
- CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS
- ARRT (CT)
Role Responsibilities
- Operate computerized x-ray equipment to produce cross-sectional images
- Assist radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in diagnosis
- Assist in training students and technologists
- Perform injection procedures
- Maintain timeliness, accuracy, proficiency, efficiency, and safety
- Work closely with patients to explain procedures and help them feel comfortable
