Experience in a Home Health setting
Driver's License

Work Expectations

Home visits with periodic office meetings
Average patient load: 5–6 patients per day
Territory may include travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
Estimated weekly travel: 200 miles
Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
