Registered Nurse (RN) — Med Surg
Location: Petoskey, Michigan

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- Trauma experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Work Setting
- 28-bed medical-surgical unit
- Patient population includes general and vascular surgery, bariatric surgery, plastic surgery, trauma, and stroke care
- Fast-paced unit environment
Important Assignment Notes
- Not float
- Not SDU/telemetry
- Strict attendance policy: termination after 3 absences or arrivals more than 20 minutes late
- References not required
- Travel experience preferred
- Local travelers are defined as those with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility
