Interventional Radiology
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Baltimore, Maryland
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- About 10 cases per day
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- 3-room interventional radiology department
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Maryland
- Interventional Radiology Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (R)
- Biopsies experience
- Peripheral procedures experience
- Hemodynamic monitoring experience
- Stroke procedures experience
- Kyphoplasty procedures experience
- Nephrogram procedures experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching hospital experience
- Level I trauma experience
- ARRT-VI
- Fluoroscopy permit
- Siemens experience

Scheduling / On-Assignment Expectations
- Weekend call is required
- Weekday backup call is required Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Weekend call may be primary or backup
- Holiday call may be required
- Floating within scope is required as needed
Time Off / Scheduling Limits
- Up to 14 days of RTO may be auto-approved
- Every other winter and summer holiday is required
- No RTO is approved on hard-to-fill holidays such as Easter, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day
