Job Overview
- Travel RN position in Henderson, North Carolina

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- NIHSS
- ACLS
- BLS
- Ability to insert foley catheters
- Ability to insert NG tubes
- Experience with heparin drips
Clinical Skills / Experience
- Starting IVs
- Inserting Foley catheters
- Inserting NG tubes
- Performing EKGs
- Managing heparin drips
Work Setting
- Medical-surgical unit with 48 beds
- Patient ratio: 1:6
- May occasionally float to inpatient rehab or the ER to assist with tasks
Additional Details
- Orientation dates are scheduled throughout 2026
- EHR system used: Paragon
- Candidates must live 60 miles or more away to be considered travel
