Job Overview

• Hours: 36 per week

Required Qualifications

• Government-issued photo ID must be carried while on assignment.
• Background check required before start.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required.
• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio required.
• CT Technologist experience within the last year required.
• 1.5 years of CT Technologist experience required.
• State license verification required within 30 days of start.
• 2 references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, charge nurse, or director.
• Employment application must include 3 years of prior work history.

Required Onboarding / Compliance

• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening required monthly.
• HHS/OIG screening required monthly.
• Fingerprinting required within 48 hours of signed contract.
• Education verification required.
• Pending background check attestation required.
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement required annually.
• Unit-specific competency exam required within 12 months of start and updated annually.
• Core Part I, Core Part II, and Core Part III required for subcontractors only.
• Online training modules must be completed before start.
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start.
• Fit mask required within 12 months of start and updated annually.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 6 months of start.
• TB questionnaire required if there is a history of past positive TB testing.
• Rubeola, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation required.
• 10-panel drug screen required and updated annually.
• Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season.
• Ohio BCI/FBI fingerprint result attestation required within 12 months of start and updated annually.
• Skills checklist required annually.

Notes

• Night shift schedule is Friday through Sunday.
• Badge pickup is required before start after onboarding modules are complete.
