Role Summary
- CVOR OR RN supporting adult cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures
- High-volume CVOR center with complex open-heart cases
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- CVOR (2 years of experience)
- CVOR experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Onboarding / Compliance
- AHA BLS and ACLS
- Pharmacology exam with minimum 80% passing score
- Specialty exam with minimum 80% passing score or national benchmark passing score
- Core competencies exam with minimum 80% passing score or national benchmark passing score
- EKG exam with minimum 80% passing score
- Color vision screening
- Education attestation
- Nursing contingent worker onboarding completed onsite
- Badge photo
- MMR documentation or positive IgG titer
- Fit test
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
