Respiratory Therapist
Job Overview

- Contract length: 13 weeks

- Floating between campuses may be required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Completion of an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
Additional Requirements
- Emergency Contact Form
- 7-year criminal background check within 90 days of start
- FBI and BCI fingerprinting completed within 1 year of start
- Pending background check attestation if fingerprint results are pending at start
- Proof of fingerprint completion
- Background acknowledgement form
- Dress code and hand hygiene policy acknowledgment
- Confidential fraud, waste, abuse, and compliance reporting mechanism form
- Fraud, waste, and abuse training certificate
- Ethics and compliance policies acknowledgment
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year of start
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 3 months of start
- References: 2 professional references, including at least 1 from a manager/director or formal leader
