Job Details

• Location: West Chester Township, Ohio
• Employment type: LTA
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 10:00 AM–10:30 PM
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; every third weekend; no call required

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT
• Driver's License
• Resume
• 2 professional references from within the last 2 years, provided by a charge nurse or higher
• Highest level of education verification
• Current skills checklist completed within 12 months prior to assignment start
• Internal competency checklist completed within 2 weeks after start
• Annual compliance training module completion
• I-9 E-Verify attestation
• 9-panel drug screen completed within 60 days prior to start
• Criminal background check completed within 90 days prior to start
• Fit test required for direct patient care positions
• Physical/health statement from a physician showing good health, dated within 12 months prior to start
• TB test completed within 60 days prior to start
• MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
• Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• License/certificate verification
• Badge photo

Preferred Experience

• GE experience preferred
