Vascular Step Down RN
Job Details
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
- Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
- Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Stepdown (1 year of experience)
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Submission Requirements
- Resume including work history and education
- 2 professional references from the last 2 years
- Candidate-completed job application
- U.S. photo ID that is not expired and matches the candidate profile address
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year prior to start
Onboarding Requirements
- Negative TB test within the last 6 months
- MMR immunity or titers within the last 15 years
- Varicella immunity or titers within the last 15 years
- Hepatitis B immunity, full vaccine series, or signed declination
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- Fit test completed within 1 year prior to start
- Physical exam statement within 1 year of start confirming ability to work without restrictions
- Drug screen within 60 days of start
- Criminal background check within 6 months of start
- OIG search within 6 months prior to start
- SAM, EPLS, GSA, and OFAC screening within 6 months prior to start
- Ohio fingerprints or FBI fingerprint check, depending on residency history
- Education verification
- Employment verification within 5 years
- Competency exam with a passing score of at least 80%
- Core competencies with a passing score of at least 80%
- I-9 attestation or completed I-9 on file
- Module completion certificate prior to clearance
Additional Notes
- Flu vaccine proof is required from October through March
- COVID-19 vaccination is preferred but not required
- If declining flu vaccination, masking attestation and influenza declination forms are required
- If a medical exemption is requested for flu vaccination, a medical accommodation form and physician-signed letter are required
- If TB testing is positive, a clear chest X-ray and current TB questionnaire are required
- If MMR or Varicella titers are low or non-immune, booster series and repeat titers are required
- If Hepatitis B is declined, the agency form is acceptable
- If the candidate has lived in the United States for less than 5 years, an international background check is required
- If the candidate previously completed travel assignments, agency names must be included in work history
