RN Night Shift

Job Details

Required Qualifications

• Active permanent RN license; temporary licenses are not accepted
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Submission Requirements

• Resume with work history and education
• Two professional references from the last 2 years
• Candidate-completed job application
• Non-expired photo ID with address matching the candidate profile
• RN license verification through Nursys and primary source verification
• Prior employment form
• Badge photo in JPEG format

Onboarding Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 6 months, or annual negative PPD if applicable
• Drug screen within 60 days of start
• Criminal background check within 6 months of start
• OIG search within 6 months of start
• SAM, OFAC, and related sanctions screening within 6 months of start
• Safety and compliance training module completion
• I-9 attestation
• Education verification
• Employment verification within the last 5 years
• Competency exam with a passing score of at least 80%
• Core competencies with a passing score of at least 80%
• Physical exam within 1 year of start stating the traveler can work without restrictions

Health and Immunization Requirements

• MMR immunity or vaccination series requirements as specified by the facility
• Varicella immunity or vaccination series requirements as specified by the facility
• Hepatitis B immunity, completed series, or signed declination
• Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
• Fit test within 1 year of start
• Flu vaccine proof required from October through March, or approved declination/medical exemption
• COVID-19 vaccination is preferred but not required

Additional Notes

• Ohio residents may have additional fingerprinting requirements
• If the candidate has lived in the United States for less than 5 years, an international background check is required
• If the candidate has a positive TB result, a clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire are required
• If the candidate declines flu vaccination, masking is required while working
