Job Overview

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Employment type: LTA
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 07:30 - 18:00
• Weekly schedule includes floating among procedure areas
• On-call requirement: 2 weekends per month and 1 weeknight per month

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
• 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Influenza vaccine proof required October through March, or approved exemption documentation
• TB testing within the last 6 months with negative results
• MMR immunity documentation or booster series if not immune
• Varicella immunity documentation or booster series if not immune
• Hepatitis B immunity, full vaccine series, or signed declination
• Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
• Fit test completed within 1 year prior to start
• COVID-19 vaccination is preferred but not required
• Drug screen within 60 days of start
• Criminal background check within 6 months of start
• OIG search within 6 months prior to start
• SAM, EPLS, GSA, and OFAC screening within 6 months prior to start
• Ohio fingerprints and required fingerprint-based background screening
• I-9 attestation
• Module completion certificate prior to clearance

Work Setting

• Interventional Radiology department with body IR, neuro IR, CT interventional, US interventional, and a 12-bed pre/post area
