Overview
- Location: Columbus, Ohio

- Shift: 3x12 nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Schedule notes: Some weekends; no on-call; no set schedule or block scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Optional
- NIHSS certification
Onboarding Health Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccination, declination, or exemption required for onboarding
- Influenza vaccination, declination, or exemption may be required for onboarding
- 10-panel drug screen must be completed within 30 days of start
- Fit test must use one of the specified mask models
- Hepatitis B documentation must show 3 doses or declination
- 2-step PPD must be no older than 30 days; IGRA must be no older than 90 days
- MMR requires proof of 2 vaccinations or a positive IgG titer
- Varicella requires proof of 1 vaccination or a positive IgG titer
- Physical exam documentation must be from within the last year
Notes
- Agency staff do not have guaranteed hours and may be down staffed, reassigned to another shift, or floated within the health system to maintain contracted hours
