Physical Therapist
Location
- Princeton, Illinois
Schedule
- Days
- 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment Length
- 15 weeks
Setting
- Critical access hospital
- 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient
- General orthopedics, neurology, and gait
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, unless licensed prior to 2016 under the grandfathered licensure standard
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license, or proof that the application process has been initiated
- BLS certification
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Must be able to provide a negative drug screen for all panels

Additional Notes
- Illinois license waiver accepted
- Local rate applies within 50 miles of the facility
- 12 hours of non-billable orientation
- Call-off allowance is equivalent to 12 hours every 13 weeks without penalty
