Required qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in Kansas
- Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
Onboarding / health documentation
- MMR documentation required.
- Varicella documentation required.
- Hepatitis B documentation required.
- Tdap documentation required.
- TB screening documentation required.
- Fit test required.
- Health statement or completed physical exam required.
Role summary
- Administers radiation therapy to prescribed areas of the body.
- Prepares and positions patients.
- Delivers treatment plans in collaboration with a physician and dosimetrist.
- Maintains therapy records and equipment, including a linear accelerator.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains a clean, safe department.
