Travel Physical Therapist Job

Rare coverage to MedSurg

Schedule

Monday to Friday
One weekend day rotation

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Additional Details

Replacement for permanent staff
Preferred experience level: any
Facility has 10 beds
Any color scrubs
Non-skid footwear required
Designated parking available behind the hospital and outside the front hospital lot
