Job Overview
- Location: Muskegon, Michigan
- Employment type: LTA
- Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
- Schedule: Includes every-other-weekend rotation
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of MRI Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT
Onboarding Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccination documentation, declination, or exemption
- MMR immunity documentation
- Fit test completed on site within one year of start
- Hepatitis B series or declination
- TB screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA within one year of start
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Tdap vaccination within the past 10 years
- Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
- License/certification verification within 30 days of start
- Criminal background check
- Education verification
- EPLS check
- GSA/OIG check
- NSO check
- System access form completed one week before start
- Joint Commission testing
- Specialty-specific competency testing within one year
