OR RN Circulator
Location
Willoughby, Ohio
Assignment Details
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Employment type: LTA
- Shift: 07:00 - 17:30
- Level 3 trauma center
- Service lines include ortho trauma, ortho, ophthalmology, podiatry, general, robot, thoracic, vascular, pain, urology, and cardiology
- Typical operating room coverage: 5–7 rooms, 5 days per week
- Call response required within 30 minutes
- Call is divided equally by job grade each month and is typically 1 day per week plus 1 Saturday or Sunday per month
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- OR Circulate experience within the last year
- 1 year of OR Circulate experience
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Onboarding / Compliance
- Negative TB test within the last 6 months, or acceptable follow-up documentation if positive
- Influenza vaccine proof required during flu season, or approved declination or medical accommodation documentation
- MMR immunity documentation or booster follow-up if not immune
- Varicella immunity documentation or booster follow-up if not immune
- Hepatitis B immunity, full vaccine series, or signed declination
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- Fit test completed within 1 year prior to start
- Physical exam statement within 1 year prior to start
- Drug screen within 60 days of start
- Criminal background check
- Ohio fingerprints or applicable fingerprinting based on residency history
- OIG search
- SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening
- I-9 attestation
- Education verification
- Module completion certificate
- Badge photo
