    Mammography Tech

    Overview

    • Travel/contract role in San Mateo, California
    • 13-week assignment
    • Day shift, 5x8 hours
    • Schedule includes Monday–Friday with Saturday rotation as needed

    Role Summary

    • Performs routine and specialized breast procedures to produce diagnostic-quality images
    • Works independently using sound judgment and clinical skills
    • Communicates effectively with patients, families/support groups, and other healthcare providers
    • May orient other staff to the department

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid Mammography Technologist license in California
    • Mammography Technologist (2 years of experience)
    • Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
    • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

    Schedule

    • 40 hours per week
    • Shift times listed: 6:30–14:30 or 10:30–18:30

    Additional Notes

    • Background check and other pre-start compliance items are required
    • Unit-specific skills checklist is required
    • Full 7-year work history must be included in the application
