Description
Registered Nurse
Location
- Fargo, North Dakota
Contract
- 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour day/night rotation
- Every other weekend and holiday
Required Qualifications
- Active North Dakota or compact state RN license
- BLS certification from AHA
- At least 1 year of med/surg experience
- At least 2 years of recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting with 250+ beds
- Level 1 trauma experience
- Travel experience
- Experience with a large hospital and busy environment
Work Setting
- 32-bed inpatient medical-surgical unit
- Adult medical/surgical patients, including some behavioral admissions
- May float to any med/surg unit within Fargo
- Willingness to float to all med/surg units on all 3 campuses in Fargo as needed
Schedule Notes
- Self-scheduling is allowed, but shifts may be adjusted to balance unit needs
- Interview times should be provided with submission
Additional Notes
- Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are not eligible
- Candidates living 60 to 80 miles away are considered local travel and receive a reduced rate
- Navy blue scrubs are required
- Badge in and out is required
- Candidates who have previously worked for Sanford Health must have an end date at least 6 months before submission
