Respiratory Therapist – NICU
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Allentown, Pennsylvania
- Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- 4x12 schedule, 48 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted
- No on-call requirement
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Required Qualifications
- Pennsylvania Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (1 year of experience)
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
- RRT
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Pennsylvania fingerprints
- Pennsylvania child abuse search
- Pennsylvania Department of Human Services fingerprint results
- Pennsylvania PATCH search results
- Pennsylvania Medicheck search results
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Education verification
- Minimum of 2 professional references from employment within 12 months of start
- Employment application with 7 years of work history and explanations for gaps over 90 days
- Fit test questionnaire
- Affidavit for provisional employment
- COVID vaccine or facility-specific declination
- Flu vaccine or approved exemption
