Description
RRT Travel Contract
Location
- Jackson, Tennessee
Schedule
- Night shift
- 3x12 hours
- 36 hours per week
- Weekends and holidays required
- No on-call
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Tennessee
- Registered Respiratory Therapist with 1 year of experience
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Experience with Epic
Job Duties
- Basic treatment therapy
- Aerosolized medication administration via oral inhalation
- EZPAP
- IPPB
- MDI
- CPT
- Incentive spirometry
- Oxygen therapy
- CPAP/BiPAP therapy
- Arteriocentesis
Additional Notes
- Locals accepted at the same rate
- Travel experience preferred
- N95 fit test required within 1 year of start
- Background check required within 30 days of start
- Drug test required within 30 days of start
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- TB screening required within 1 year of start
- COVID vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before start
- Flu vaccination required during flu season
- Proof of employment application/resume required
