Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Oklahoma
  • Telemetry experience within the last year
  • Telemetry (2 years of experience)
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • NIH Certification
  • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
  • License/Certificate Verification for current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start.
  • Ascension Resume
  • Ascension Profile
  • Ascension 2 Professional References: at least two professional references completed prior to first assignment.
  • Ascension Skills Checklist: clinical only, completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty.

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

  • Ascension Pharmacology Exam: minimum 80% score, completed prior to start, updated every 3 years.
  • Ascension Specialty Exam: completed prior to first assignment, minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, updated every 3 years.
  • Ascension Color Vision: completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
  • Ascension Core Competencies: HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics; completed within a year of start and updated every 3 years.
  • NIH Certification: Group A updated yearly; Group B-F updated every 2 years.
  • Ascension EKG Exam: minimum 80% score, completed prior to clearance, updated every 3 years.
