Pediatric Registered Resp Therap

Overview

Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
Hours: 36 weekly hours
Schedule: Every other weekend required; holidays per department need

Role context

Pediatric experience is required.
The hospital is neonatal/pediatric-only and includes a Level 3 NICU, a PICU, and a Level 1 trauma center.
Ventilated patients are often on Acute Care and Med-Surg floors.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Florida
Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Current license/certificate verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
At least two professional references
