Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- CVICU (2 years of experience)
- CVICU experience within the last year
- BLS certification, AHA
- ACLS certification, AHA
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
- License/Certificate Verification for current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
