Description
RN Orthopedic Surgery
Role
- RN in Ortho, Post Operative, Med/Surg on A6
- 1 opening
- 23-bed unit
- Trauma Level 3
- Patient ratios: 4-6:1
- Patient population: geriatric, adult, peds (13 and older)
- Common diagnoses/treatments: post operative joints, post op bariatric, postoperative gi, trauma patients
Schedule
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekend hours as needed / every third weekend
- No call
- Open to 48hrs guaranteed and weekend block scheduling
Float Scope
- Must be willing to float as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Orthopedics experience within the last year
- 1 year of Orthopedics experience
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg experience
