• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 07:00 - 19:30

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in an Acute Care setting
• Experience in Charge roles
• Driver's License
• Phlebotomy experience within the last year
• Experience with Epic
• Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• NIH Stroke Scale certification completed through Apex, Health Stream, or AHA

Preferred

• Summa Pharmacology Exam

Schedule / Assignment Notes

• RTO must be submitted at time of submission
• No RTO allowed during the first two weeks of the assignment
• Maximum of 7 days RTO
• Block schedules considered on a case-by-case basis
• Solid black scrubs required

Onboarding / Compliance

• Nursys verification within 30 days of start
• License/certificate verification within 30 days prior to start
• Unit-specific competency exam
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• EKG/Telemetry exam with passing score of 80% or higher
• Core competencies covering HIPAA, Joint Commission NPSG, and OSHA topics within 90 days of start
• RN submission packet required
• Work order confirmation
• MMR
• Hepatitis B
• 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• Varicella
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Criminal background check
• OIG search
