RN Cardiac Cath Lab
Overview
- Travel assignment in Sierra Vista, Arizona
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- On-call weekends
- Call requirement: more than 12 days
- 1 opening
- Bi-weekly orientation
- Adult patient population
- 90 beds
- Floor/unit: Cath Lab
- Float requirement: IR float required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Interventional Radiology experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Manifold
- IVUS
- FFR
- IVL
- Impella
- IABP
- Pre/post unit
Clinical Scope
- Occasional IR procedures:
- Vascular embolization
- Ports
- Vasc stenting
- Nephrostomy tube
- Cath, stress testing, TEE, and tilt coverage
- Common diagnosis/treatment: CAD
Additional Notes
- GE for fluoro; hemodynamics equipment is changing to CHANGE
- EHR: Cerner
- Scrubs are hospital provided
- Candidate must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel
