Physical Therapist

Overview

Outpatient therapy role in Tennessee
8-hour day shift
13-week contract
36 hours guaranteed, with expectation of working up to 40 hours
Overtime must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Tennessee

Preferred Qualifications

Outpatient experience preferred

Work Setting

Float to other clinics: no
Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
Expected patient volume: 12–14 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected

Additional Notes

If the candidate is local within 50 miles of the facility, pay is at the local rate
