X-Ray Tech
Overview
- Role: X-Ray tech position
- Location: Passaic, New Jersey
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night, 11:00 - 07:30
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in New Jersey
- Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- 1 year of Radiology Technician experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Driver's License
- Prime OIG
- Prime Core Competencies Exam: must score 80% or higher
- Prime Skills Checklist
- Prime Color-blind test: must be completed annually
- Prime Criminal Background Check
- Prime Agency Attestation
- Prime SAM/EPLS
- Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
- Prime Specialty Exam: must score 80% or higher
- Prime Job Description: signed by employee and current within the year
- DCI/BVP
- Prime Drug Screening: minimum 10-panel test within 60 days of start, with THC included
- COVID-19 vaccine: 2 doses plus booster, or declination completed
- MMR: proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity
- Fit test: annual respirator fit test
- Hepatitis B: 3 immunizations, immune titer, or declination accepted
- Influenza vaccine or declination
- TB test within 1 year of start date
- Varicella vaccination or titer showing immunity
- Tdap
- Physical/Health Statement: annually, and must state clear to work
Preferred
- Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray
