CT Tech
Overview
- Long-term assignment in Hendersonville, North Carolina
- Day shift
- 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- CT department handles scheduled outpatients, inpatients, and emergent ED patients
- The department performs a wide variety of exams, including image-guided drainage placements, biopsies, blood patches, and chest tube placements
- The role works with a Radiology PA or Radiologist
Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- Radiologic Technology Certification
- ARRT (CT)
- Degree in radiological science
- Experience reading and interpreting complex radiology orders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using point-of-care-testing platforms such as Abbott i-Stat
- Certification and experience working with PACS
