Overview
- Role: RN CVOR
- Location: Nashville, Tennessee
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Weekly hours: 40
- Shift: 06:45 - 17:15
- Work schedule: Rotating days based on an 8-week schedule
- Call: 12 shifts per 8-week schedule, 12 hours each
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- CVOR experience within the last year
- 1 year of CVOR experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
- Current nursing license with primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
- Ascension Skills Checklist, completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty
- Resume or profile
- At least two professional references
- Ascension Badge Photo
- Ascension 11 Panel Drug Screen, completed within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment and updated annually thereafter
- Driver's License/State ID, not expired and showing front/back
- Health Statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter
- MMR documentation
- Varicella documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
- Tdap, valid for 10 years from administered date
- Influenza Vaccine documentation or declination
- Fit Test
- Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation
