Radiation Therapist
Overview
- Temp role in Petoskey, Michigan
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 8 hours per day
Role Summary
- Responsible for delivering radiation therapy treatments and related patient care
- Performs treatment simulations, fabricates shielding blocks, maintains accurate EMR, prepares equipment, completes quality control and assurance tests, follows infection control practices, and adheres to radiation safety and protection practices
Required Qualifications
- Radiation Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- ARRT (T)
- Work experience (post-graduation) with Varian and ARIA
Preferred Qualifications
- TrueBeam experience
- ARIA experience
- Trilogy experience
Additional Notes
- Dress code: scrubs of any color
- The assignment uses ARIA as the EMR
- Local traveler policy applies within 35 miles of the facility
