Valid RN license in Kansas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
Ascension Fetal Monitoring
MOAB Moderate Risk
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance

Ascension Specialty Exam: completed prior to first assignment, updated every 3 years, minimum 80% passing score, 2 attempts allowed.
Ascension Core Competencies: completed within a year of start, updated every 3 years, minimum 80% passing score, 2 attempts allowed.
Ascension Fetal Monitoring: required if fetal monitoring is not covered on the competency exam; otherwise AWHONN, Relias, or another program within the past 2 years.
Ascension EKG Exam: passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts permitted, updated every 3 years.
Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation and Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding are required onboarding items.
Ascension Nova StatStrip is required annually.
MOAB Moderate Risk / MOAB De-Escalation Training is required.
Cerner test-out is required.
Fit test is required for all travelers.
Health documentation required includes MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, Tdap, and Ascension 11 Panel Drug Screen.
Driver's License/State ID must be current and match the address on file.
At least two professional references are required.
Resume or profile is required.
