Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Onboarding / Compliance
- COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption with agency letterhead
- MMR documentation
- Fit test within one year of start
- Hepatitis B series or declination
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) within one year of start
- Varicella documentation
- Tdap within past 10 years
- Physical/Health Statement from an exam within the last year
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start
