Overview
- Outpatient role in Durant, Oklahoma
- 8-hour day shift
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours guaranteed, with expectation of working up to 40 hours
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient experience preferred
Other Details
- New grads accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
- Overtime must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked
- No float to other clinics
- Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
- Expected to see 12–14 patients per day
- Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
- If the candidate is local within 50 miles of the facility, the rate will be at the local rate
