Mammography Tech
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in San Francisco, California
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, with start times of 8:00–16:30 or 11:30–20:00
- May work some Saturdays
Required Qualifications
- Valid Mammography Technologist license in California
- Mammography Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS
- CRT (R)(M)
- ARRT (R)(M)
- 7-year background check required within 6 months of start
- Sex Offender Search required within 90 days of start
- FACIS Level 3 search required within 2 weeks of start and monthly after start
- California - Medi-Cal Search Result required if monthly FACIS III cannot be run
- EPLS/GSA/SAM required
- HHS/OIG required
- State license verification required within 30 days of start
- Tech Cert Verification - National required within 30 days of start
- Unit-specific skills checklist required
- Full 7 years of work history in the application, including city and state, with no gaps
- Employment verification must explain any gaps over 30 days
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit test required within 1 year of start and renewed annually
- Negative 9-panel drug screen within 6 months of start
- TB screening questionnaire required within 90 days of start and renewed annually
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray required within 90 days of start
- Flu documentation required during flu season
- Color blindness exam required before start
- RespSafety clearance required before start
- Candidate must review and sign job description, standards of business conduct, general regulatory orientation, vendor training, code of conduct, overpayment refund policy, and dress code policy before start
