Cath Lab Tech
Overview
- Travel contract in Carmichael, California
- 13 weeks
- Day shift, 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- 2-suite Cath Lab unit
- About 8 cases per day on average
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in California
- Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- RCIS or ARRT
- Driver's License
- Experience with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)
- Experience scrubbing cardiac and peripheral cases
Preferred

Schedule and Call
- Monday–Friday, 0700–1700
- Required call
- Average of 12 call days per month, including at least one weekend
- 30-minute call response time

- All cardiac invasive procedures, minus structural heart
- Peripheral procedures
- Carotid
- A/V grafts
- EVAR
- Peripheral diagnostic and intervention
- No “dirty” procedures such as pegs, g tubes, nephew tubes
